  VERY POOR - con man
  
  A problem with my brakes was picked during my MOT - the rear brakes weren't working at all.
  
  I was told they couldn't identify exactly what the problem was without taking the drums apart. So before returning for the work to be carried out, I bought complete shoe kits and wheel cylinders.
  
  Observing the mechanic fumble around it was clear he is of very low skill. After struggling for some time he replaced only one wheel cylinder and told me that no other parts were required as it was just an adjustment issue.
  
  However, the re-test revealed that the rear brakes weren't still not working and the rollers were able to turn the my wheeels feeely with the brake fully applied.
  
  Thankfully this was picked up or I would have believed that what I'd paid for had actually be done and would have been driving around on my front brakes only.
  
  Real slimy excuse for a "mechanic" telling me how much money he saved me by not fitting the parts but the reality was he didn't have a clue whay he was doing - proper grease MONKEY.
  
  I highly recommend ANYWHERE ELSE.
