  Horrible service. I was asking a simple question about their type of printing service and this young chap managing the store refused to answer and told my wife, baby daughter and grandpa to leave the store. Who treats the elderly, women and children that way? This store needs to review their staff and fire all of them. It is hurting their brand.

  Their website indicated same day photo printing was available, so I made an account with them, uploaded the single photo I needed printing, then just as I was reviewing the order and about to pay, it said 'Your order will be ready to pick up in 8 days'. 8 days? It takes 8 days to print one 8''x 5'' photograph? You're having a laugh. So I've ordered from Boots instead. Now reading all these other reviews, it looks like I've dodged a bullet.
