  Awful customer service - had to return an item (spent absolutely £100’s in this store over the time it’s been in Meadowhall) my child is literally kitted out in Smiggle from backpack to notepads & pens! Anyway had to return an item the ‘manager’ had a serious attitude problem & no customer service skills. Whilst I was returning the item my mum was purchasing 3 items he was that rude & dismissive to me that she nearly told them to forget it & return her own purchases. Whilst he was talking to me he was actively using a Yo-Yo back & fourths in my direction! Bizarre! Needless to say I will not be shopping here again because when you have an issue you’re then treated with absolute disregard. To make matters worse the item swapped has ended up being faulty (again!)
