  Meh meh meh. Rent is overpriced for the size of the room and the facilities it offers. Common room is pretty small for the size of the accomodation as a result you are never able to go on those rooms with TV. Somedays there is no water at all and you have to go dirty to your lectures and every day there is a construction happened outside inside or somewhere close to the building. It's always a good choice if you are on your first year tho to leave in one of the accomodations that the uni suggests. 2 mins walk from the diamond, 8 mins walk to SU.
