  ark health care chorley fellery street the staff at this office are delibratly blocking me from carrying out work on a disabled access to my property parkng outside the gates whare a dropped kerb is due to be constructed despite there being 30 empty parking spaces on Hollinshead street a mere 100 yards away they insist that i shouldent be making a driveway where she parks is this the level of care that ark provide ? blocking accsess to a house for disabled people beacous they are too lazy to walk an extra 100 yards skoda reg no ft10 vou 30 empty spaces and she removes traffic cones to delibratly block the drive
