  Visited today for a nice family lunch. Really wish we hadn't!
  We visited once not long after opening and it was 'OK' so thought we would give it another go.
  It's a very mild day and the place was absolutely sweltering (no air con?). We were seated about 130pm and orders taken quickly. Ordered starters of Garlic dough balls, Golden mushrooms and Vegetable soup. We waited, and waited. After half an hour i was about to ask where our food was when it came out. She asked who was having the dough balls to which i replied 'He is,but they're black?!!' The dough balls had been burnt to within an inch of their life, how could no-one notice?? She apologised and said she would replace them. I was given my mushrooms which were fine and my husband a bowl of sloppy veg soup that looked like it had come out of a baby food jar consisting of about 4 spoonfuls. Waitress came and apologised about the doughballs but as i said to her that's all well and good but we will have finished by the time they arrive, and we waited another 10 minutes for them. She said she wouldn't charge us for the starters which was a good thing as when they came they were raw in the middle and my son said they tasted awful.
  Another half an hour after getting our starters came the main course (i did have to ask where it was and this was an hr after ordering). Cheeseburger, Fish and Chips and a vegetable Lasagne. The Burger and Fish were very average, my husbands vegetable lasagne was inedible and was sent straight back. Now take into account my husband is a dustbin and will eat just about anything (no meat though!) You could tell my looking at it it wasn't going to be good. Dark brown on top and slightly crispy at the edges, it had obviously been in the oven a good hr. He took one taste and the pasta was mush and the vegetables had disintegrated. Me and my son ate maybe a quarter of our meals, we paid and left. We gave the Eighteen Ten the benefit of the doubt after our first visit. Safe to say we will never return. My Husband said it was the worst dining experience he's ever had.

  My Mother in Law kindly arranged a meal for 11 family members 3 of whom were celebrating birthdays. We had a table booked days in advance for 6.30pm.
  Only one person serving on the busy bar (most of the time).. The waitress was lovely. On ordering we were informed that a lot of the menu was indeed off of the menu due to them having had a busy day!! No pizzas at all, No Rump Steak or steak skewers, No dough balls or Camembert.. Half of us who were looking forward to Pizza had to reorder.. When the food arrived the Masala chips came with no Masala.. The chicken with BBQ sauce had next to no BBQ sauce.
  In short we were terribly disappointed. Not to mention very expensive drinks average £4.30 a pint.
  Such a shame as it is a lovely place and very clean and the staff were lovely but it is inexcusable for a Pizza & Grill to run out of Steak & Pizza on a Saturday evening at 6.30 pm!!
  Unfortunately we won't be returning.
