  You should ignore the obviously fake reviews placed on this site regarding brilliant service! Just read the factual ones about delivery times and customer service. I ordered some clothes for the beginning of term and they finally arrived over 6 weeks later! I tried to get a refund as under distance selling rules I am fully entitled due to delivery outside the stated time - with or without customisation - and they said they had a 'backlog' of emails and could not reply. They then barred access to my online account with them! Please don't use this terrible company - they haven't got a bloody clue! I'd give zero stars if the option was available. Please complain to your school about them as they are unfit to be in business!
