  I am angry at the unprofessional phone call received from Lizzy P, after cancelling last minute via text message, not even a phone call... I was appalled by the way in which the situation was handled. It was then myself who rung her after receiving the text, to see if she was available at any other time of the day to which she said "no" and offered no additional help or apology. Her efforts to recommend another cleaner upon request as the cancellation left us with no other option were poor to non existent.
  
  Would not recommend this service, highly unreliable and unprofessional.
  
  Customers be aware that no deposit was taken even when we offered, thus reinforcing unreliability.
