  We asked Precision to carry out an evaluation of the wooden floors in the house we were due to buy as our survey recommended this due to a possible infestation. We were given a competitive quote and told that this amount could be taken off any work carried out. Precision were helpful and flexible when arranging to carry out the evaluation, as this wasn't our house so needed sorting with the owner and estate agent. The man who carried out the evaluation identified that there no problems with the floors - only evidence of some previously treated and removed wood worm. I was fully prepared to pay for the evaluation but he wavered any payment, despite the time taken. Amazing and very honest service - I would definitely use them in the future.

  Had a great service from Precision Damp Proofing. Did the work quickly, professionally and cleaned up after themselves which was a nice bonus. Also, got a 10 year guarantee emailed through once the work was done. Would defo recommend.
