  As like most people, I was in need of a mechanic but did not know where to take my car, so I went to Sheffield Clutch & Autocentre to get some advice. I met a guy called Noel, who was really friendly gave me some advice and offered a good price to fix replace my clutch. I took my car in the next day, but when I returned I was told they had to do extra work and it was now going to cost me an extra £50 to get my keys back (resulting in the price now not being that good). So I reluctantly paid, but after leaving I noticed a couple of hazard lights popping up and my dashboard not working correctly (which was fine when I took it in). So I rang back stating the issues, to which I was told to return the car and they would give me a quote for the extra things, but I re-stated "that these items were working fine before bringing the car to you, so you should be liable to fixing them", for which I was responded to with a torrent of swearing and abuse down the phone from Noel (who I had thought was a nice guy). This was very intimidating and now I am left with other car issues and need to find another mechanic to fix the extra problems that Sheffield Clutch & Autocentre caused.
