  Queuing ages to order, then waiting ages for food. Tables and floor covered in dropped food and previous customer rubbish. Couldn't even sit down without having to move food off our seats.
  To say it had just opened, housekeeping must have been forgotten about on the managers duties and tasks rota. Otherwise it would have been given a 1 star, 2 stars awarded for teething problems, untrained staff, not enough staff in sight etc.
