  The most rude member of staff I have ever come across in this store in Meadowhall called Andrew Brookes! A lovely lady was serving me and was so helpful, I had explained I had a sim contract already with Sky and needed a phone which was unlocked which she said was fine as they were all unlocked. Then this horrid man walked up and interrupted us and said I quote "we can not sell you any phone unless it is on our contract" I replied and said I have just asked if they were unlocked to which she said they are, he then replied with "yes they are but I can not sell you one as you are on Sky" he turned me away knowing I wanted to buy a phone outright which was not a cheap phone. Avoid this nasty man where possible!
